Phase one
This project consisted of excavation and construction of pad foundations in running sand to structural engineers details ready to received portal frame.
We were also instructed to construct the external walls of this building and supply and install new floor slabs and drainage system.
Phase two
Phase two of the works was to construct boundary walls in brick work and the re concreting and joint sealing of the existing yard area. All works were carried out with minimum disruption to the existing business in this access restricted site.
